Each item undergoes a careful inspection process prior to shipment to ensure it meets our premium standards. Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date, provided that the following conditions are met:

• The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

• All original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact

• A valid order confirmation or receipt is provided

To initiate an exchange, please contact our support team with your order details.

Please note:
Items marked as sale or discounted are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange, return, or claims. This includes items with minor imperfections that were clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.

Returns & Refunds

At Lunarisca, we operate under a no-refund policy as part of our standard practice.

However, in exceptional cases, refund requests may be reviewed at our sole discretion, depending on the specific circumstances and the original payment method used.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or provided as store credit

• The final method of refund will be determined by Lunarisca

Please note:
We do not support Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be completed through our secure online payment methods.

Shipping Fees

• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is confirmed to be defective upon arrival

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure safe delivery.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. After this point, all requests will be handled in accordance with this Return & Exchange Policy.

Order Review & Cancellation Rights

Lunarisca reserves the right to cancel any order at any time under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Product availability issues

• Pricing or listing inaccuracies

• Payment verification concerns

In such cases, any payment received will be fully refunded to the original payment method.
