How to place an order?

First, click the "Add to Cart" button next to the item you wish to purchase. Adjust the quantity, then click "Checkout." Next, fill in your contact information and address in the provided form, then click "Continue Shipping" followed by "Continue Payment." Finally, click "Complete Order." You will receive a confirmation email from Lunarisca after your order is submitted.

How can I get help with my online order?

I just received my order, but the size doesn't fit. How can I exchange it?

You can request an exchange according to Lunarisca’s exchange policy (see the "Returns and Exchanges" section), or contact our customer service team for assistance.

How much is the shipping cost?

Shipping is a flat rate of $20 USD. Please contact the Lunarisca customer service team for more details.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on your location. Typically, your order will arrive within 8–10 days, while international shipping may take 10–15 days.

I just completed my order but haven't received an order summary yet?

There may be a short delay between placing your order and receiving your confirmation email from Lunarisca. Please check your spam/junk folder, as emails may sometimes be filtered depending on your settings.

If you still haven’t received it, please contact Lunarisca customer service. Our team will verify your order and assist in correcting your email address if needed.
